To enhance submission of responsive proposals to this RFP, Booz Allen Hamilton is extending the submission deadline to 5:00 PM ET March 7 and will accept proposals from all eligible institutions irrespective of whether they submitted a Letter of Intent. Please carefully review the RFP, the Questions and Answers, and the important points below.
- Each proposal must address one and only one Work Area which must be clearly identified on the front page of the Technical Proposal.
- Projects that do not propose to make datasets publically available as open linked data are not responsive to Work Area 1.
- Projects must focus on use of publically available open data sets for discovery, collaboration, and communication to be responsive to Work Area 2.
- Projects that do not include the collaboration of patient and researcher communities are not responsive to Work Area 3.
